Gallery of Journals

I started making journals end of 2018, while still working full time. I quickly became enthralled with this new hobby. Since retiring April 29, 2019, I’ve used much of my free time creating journals. What I find so addicting about them is the variety of themes and styles is limited only by my imagination. I enjoy all the various techniques and materials I can use in each one; I challenge myself to come up with new ideas. I’m also able to use some of my fabric stash, my sewing machine, my vintage typewriter, as well as a variety of papers and other supplies. They’ve truly added a plus to my life, and with the sales I’ve made through my Etsy shop, a bit of extra pocket money for my retirement years, too! This gallery features the journals I’ve made to date. I’ll add to the gallery as new ones are complete. ~SueBee

A Note From Abroad

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sailaway from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” ~ Mark Twain
