Dia de los Muertos in Los Angeles, part 1

(18 photos) I had a very spontaneous visit to Los Angeles yesterday, after dropping my son off there. When he asked if I could do him this favor, naturally my mind went directly to my trusty sidekick, the Nikon! So, camera in hand, I ended up exploring from one end of the city to the other. This album shows the beautiful, colorful displays I saw once I ended up at the Music Center in downtown.

Sidenote: I’ve asked friends for suggestions in nick-naming my camera. I haven’t yet settled on a name, but will post once I do. If you’d like to jump in with suggestions, I’ll take them into consideration. 🙂 ~SueBee

Me, too! Aren’t they fabulous?!! The variety of design on each. I couldn’t choose a favorite.
