Christmas Eve was the perfect day to drive around town, do a bit of exploring, and see how much snow was left. Since shops closed early, the streets were nearly empty. That made for an easy day of taking pictures. Since moving to Hutchinson, Kansas (2020 population 40,006), in October of 2021, I’ve spent a lot of time getting to know the area. This was my first Christmas here, though, as last year I spent the holidays with my California family. While this past week’s Arctic Blast storm has been a mess for much of the country, and created travel chaos and many tragedies, I’ve been fortunate. My heat stayed on and I was able to enjoy looking at the ice and snow without having to be out in it. I hope your holidays were safe, warm and wonderful. ~SueBee

Plenty of colour about as well as snow. Have a great new year.
Thank you. You and Mrs T have a great 2023, too.
