The years have rolled on by and my website/blog is now celebrating eleven years with 1250 posts and 9707 photos under its belt. What started as a way to document all the adventures Kat and I were having, morphed into my solo adventures, and then … The site was barely holding on during Covid, and after, as I made my big move from California to Kansas at the end of 2021. There were so many other things needing doing that I barely took the time to post any pictures or stories.
Having turned 71 this past July, I’ve been doing no small amount of reflecting, as those in my age bracket tend to do. Something that kept popping into my mind was the desire to have a repository for pictures of the creations I’ve made over the years, in particular in recent years. I’ve been enjoying so many various hobbies, along with photography and exploring, that I wanted a place to go look at them, remember them. Therefore, I’ve been adding pages to this site and turning it into a combination blog and repository.
If you visit the SueBee and Kat site directly, you’ll notice along the top are tabs: Arts (with seven pages underneath), Photography, Mr Chips, and About. I’ve been uploading photos onto the first three tabs, adding descriptions, hyperlinks, and such. It’s been quite a huge amount of work, but very gratifying. I’m not yet done. I don’t know that I’ll ever actually be done, but there is quite a lot already in place. If you feel so inclined to see what else takes up the hours in my day, other than being out and about taking pictures, please visit. Thank you for sticking with me these past eleven years! ~SueBee
