Spontaneously went out with a friend one day last week, and discovered the absolutely beautiful Irvine Regional Park. Despite all of my exploring in the area, I’d never heard about this hidden gem before. It’s home to a railroad, horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, and a zoo!
The zoo at this park is very small, and costs only $2 to enter. With a surprisingly large variety of animals, naturally, I couldn’t resist snapping a few pics. 🙂 I look forward to returning to this zoo, and the park in the general…maybe next time I’ll go kayaking. 🙂 ~Kat (pics by Kat)
