Kat and I took a late afternoon bike ride last year, along the Santa Ana River Trail, entering at about Mile 22 from Yorba Regional Park. Altogether the Trail runs about 30 miles from the Pacific Ocean in Newport Beach to the Orange/Riverside County line. We didn’t go far; the bike was a recent purchase for me, so this was pretty much a practice run. It’s a great trail, away from traffic, nicely paved, awesome views, a place to definitely keep in mind for another ride. ~SueBee (photos by SueBee)
