Absolutely worn out from the triple digit temperatures and smoke in the air from numerous recent horrible fires in San Diego County, just south of us, I was drawn to the coast yesterday afternoon, and Sherman Library and Gardens in Corona del Mar. It was the perfect decision. I felt the cool ocean breeze as soon as I exited my little pickup truck. That put a smile on my face for sure! As usual, I took lots and lots of pictures, and chose the ones in this gallery because they appear tropical and cool. In reality, the greenhouse was so humid, I was dripping within a few seconds!
