I read that a restaurant about six miles from home, Carriage Crossing Restaurant in the Amish village of Yoder, was serving their annual fried filet of catfish Fridays during the season up to Easter. Late afternoon this past Friday, I took myself out to early dinner. The meal was delicious, the portion very generous and more than I could finish. I enjoyed it immensely and as I took my packaged-up leftovers with me and started the drive back home, I pulled over to get a couple pictures of the beautiful clouds off to the west. ~SueBee
