I took this picture with my iPhone last Friday evening while wandering along the sand at Newport Beach, before meeting a friend from high school for dinner. I’m not sure what the wooden structure had been when in good condition. It was quite close to the pier, so maybe it had been used to tie up boats. The photo reminds me of a Rorschach test… what do you see?!~SueBee
