The flowers in this scene, taken a week ago at Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, look like little critters waving hello. I don’t know what they are, but they’re both pretty and adorable at the same time. ~SueBee

A visit to the Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens in San Marino yesterday, and wandering around the beautiful rose garden brings today’s Foto Fix. It was a delightfully overcast, cool day, perfect for all the walking I did. The roses have a vintage look, don’t you think? ~SueBee

Serenity and bonsai are two of many features in the Japanese garden at Southern California’s Huntington Library and Gardens in San Marino. I’m always intrigued by the bonsai, reflective of the utmost in patience and determination.
