I’m sharing a couple pictures taken with my iPhone camera of a gorgeous monarch butterfly resting on the butterfly bush in my back yard, and beautiful orange roses clipped from my front garden. ~SueBee

(14 photos in gallery) Please join me as I continue my walking tour of the beautiful Portland (Oregon) International Test Rose Garden. We had a downpour of rain in Southern California last night, and I’m hoping if it continues, we might start to see some green here again, like in Portland!~SueBee

As I mentioned previously, the gardens are so beautiful at The Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, that I have a near-endless supply of photos from my recent visit! Another Daily Foto Fix taken at Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens in San Marino. It’s so beautiful there, I have a near endless supply of photos to upload for the blog. ~SueBee
A visit to the Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens in San Marino yesterday, and wandering around the beautiful rose garden brings today’s Foto Fix. It was a delightfully overcast, cool day, perfect for all the walking I did. The roses have a vintage look, don’t you think? ~SueBee
Photo taken two days ago, of the prolific group of roses directly outside my apartment front door. They bloom, and bloom, and bloom… mostly this bold pink, but I’ve seen an orange peeking out along one side, and a white in the middle of the group. It doesn’t take much for me to stop and smell the roses!! ~SueBee (photo by SueBee)
