Taking a drive to Riverside County’s Temecula is a visit to wine country, Southern California style. It’s not as grown up as the wine regions above San Francisco, or north of Santa Barbara, or the Paso Robles area, but it’s getting there! The vines are maturing, the wineries building and expanding, the brown earth gradually becoming more green. Although it was very (extremely) hot when we were there recently, the contrast to being inside at the tasting room was all the more enjoyable! ~SueBee (photos by SueBee)
