Jumping into this week’s Photo Challege: State of Mind, I can tell you what mine was while taking this picture… hunger… and envy! This picture was taken near the town of Encinitas on the drive home from San Diego, after a long, fun day visiting the Zoo. I find it impossible to remain on the freeway, driving parallel to the coastline, without pulling off and making my way to the beach. This particular spot had a great picnic area, directly on the sand. The kids roasting wieners over the fire had me nearly drooling! ~SueBee
