This week’s WordPress photo challenge is Path… what it means to us, literally or figuratively. My photo was taken while walking the paths at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve in July 2015 during a short vacation in Cambria, on California’s gorgeous central coast. I traveled solo, as I do for many of my adventures, and spent lots of time on the paths in reflection… wondering where my own path would take me in the upcoming months and years. I’d just been diagnosed with breast cancer and would be undergoing surgery upon my return. The serenity of the area, combined with my personal optimism, allowed me to choose a path filled with peace and hope. As we approach a new calendar year, I’m going to remain steadfastly focused on that path! ~SueBee
