As you may have heard, California is on fire. In Northern California, massive fires burn and burn. Then, just a few days ago, a fire started in Orange County, set by a madman already arrested by the police. This new fire was dubbed the Holy Fire because it started near an area of cabins called Holy Jim Campground. It’s spread to 10,000 acres the last I read.
The first and last pictures below were taken near home in Orange, the other three were taken from work in Irvine, near the airport. You can see how the blue sky has now been covered over with thick, dark smoke. The wind has shifted, sending the smoke our direction. ~SueBee
