I just finished an Urban Grunge themed journal, one of my favorite styles to make. I do a lot of street photography and was able to use lots of the photos in this book. I also enjoy the creative freedom of the grunge look… I tried so many new ideas and was satisfied when they turned out as I envisioned. I’ll get some more pictures within the next few days, but thought I’d share the cover in this post. The 8.5″ x 6″ book has three signatures (sets of pages) with approximately 120 pages total, counting fronts and backs, hand-stitched to the spine using the invisible method. It’s held closed by a snap that I cut off an old wallet I bought at the thrift store for 75 cents. The zipper on the spine was also part of that wallet. ~SueBee

Journaling is so cool, and I especially love your packet little booklet. What fun it must have been creating it.
Other than photography and being out and about, I’ve never had so much fun with a hobby as I have making these journals!!
Looks great!
Thanks, Elaine! I hope to get some photos of the inside taken and uploaded soon!
