While visiting South Coast Botanic Garden in Rancho Palos Verdes a few weeks back, I felt lucky to see the great pumpkin! The garden has a multitude of pathways, so it’s well possible that I’d have wandered around for hours and never seen this master of pumpkins. As it was closing time, I didn’t have a chance to find someone and ask about the weight, so we’ll just have to assume it’s very HEAVY! ~SueBee
