Crazy Rock Love Petroglyph

Really? Rock obsession, crazy love, yeah. Los Angeles was captivated last year by the journey of a 340 ton granite boulder, set to become the permanent (no doubt) exhibit Levitated Mass at LACMA. I wasn’t lucky enough to experience the journey, and rather guffawed at all the hype, until… I saw it in person, on my birthday. I fell in love with a rock. No, not a rock. It’s a symbol, an icon. Of what? Who knows, but I love it none the less. Silly, crazy love! ~SueBee
