Discovered my all time favorite ramen place in Downtown Fullerton, called Kopan Ramen. Absolutely delicious! Super affordable, large portion, and a vegetarian option! Their “Veggie Ramen” has the most wonderful tasting broth, and is loaded with delicious vegetables. The last time I visited, I decided to try their “Soft Shell Crab” appetizer as well…first time I’ve ever had soft shell crab, and it was very good!

There’s nothing, in my opinion, more soothing, than a cup of hot tea, and a delicious, steaming hot bowl of noodle soup. I’ve been on the hunt for a good ramen restaurant, and have finally found it 🙂 Definitely recommend this place! ~Kat

The soup looks great. You should try some Irish vegetable soup…but you can only get it in Ireland.
