Yesterday’s article captured the magic of the Palm Springs Riviera at night, but I also managed to catch a few shots during daylight hours. Most were taken while waiting for my carpool ride (aka, my son) to pick me up on Sunday. The giant television screen over the lobby bar captured my camera’s attention with its revolving array of vintage, artsy pictures. I couldn’t stop looking at it!
The lobby colors and architecture, without all the glitz of nighttime lighting, was as beguiling as ever. A beautiful, fun-loving gal posing for her friend was very obliging when I asked if I, too, might take her picture. She smiled, and hopped back on the piano. What a doll! My weekend at the Palm Springs Riviera was spectacular, and I can’t wait to go back again. ~SueBee (photos by SueBee)
