(18 photos in gallery) I visited the San Diego Zoo Safari Park on Sunday, arriving near opening time of 9am. I was glad for that as the day quickly became far to hot for the animals to be active and for me to be walking about! It was a very enjoyable morning, though, and I was thankful yet again to Kat and her fiance, Cameron. A year’s free entry to both the Safari Park and the San Diego Zoo has been quite a wonderful gift. While I enjoy visiting the zoo, the safari park is my favorite. Seeing the wide open spaces and really huge enclosures makes a person feel the animals are especially happy. ~SueBee

Some really great pictures of the cats. They must have been out in full force the day you were there!
That was first words out of the mouths at entry… go see the cats, they’re playful!
That was a good present.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the zoo visit! 🙂
