For this week’s WordPress Photo Challenge for the word Twisted, I’m repeating a post I uploaded May 24, 2014. I feel the photo is so suitable, and I’m short on time, so, there we go! I took the photo at a gallery within the Los Angeles Brewery during their ArtWalk. Sadly, I don’t recall the artist’s name.
Love’s twist
Young woman at dawn,
sunshine peeking at the corner,
awakening. hazy, lazy.
Stretching off slumber,
gradually opening her eyes….
Gazing up, seeing her lover,
distinctive, twisted locks,
sweet feeling so familiar.
Arms reaching, inviting,
ready to embrace her.
