I took at early morning walk with a very pregnant Kat through downtown Orange. We went early in hopes of avoiding people, and were lucky in that regard. Since the start of the pandemic, Kat hasn’t been out much. It was a really nice change of pace, and looking at all the decorations was enjoyable. It makes us long for the good old days… you know, the ones where you went grocery shopping in person, sat in a restaurant and ordered a nice meal, walked without fearing someone not wearing a mask… Our little historic downtown, with its roundabout slowing cars down, a pretty park in the center of the circle, and especially with the streets blocked off from cars so restaurants can serve outdoors, is a lovely place to take a walk. ~SueBee

It is very odd for us northerners to see such sunny Christmas scenes.
I remember from living in Bremen, Germany for a few years…. the dark days, the very cold days. Yes, this is quite different, but I wouldn’t mind a bit of cold and overcast!
I’ll swap with you for a day or two. 🙂
That works for me.
