Our entry into this week’s photo challenge theme of symmetry was taken this past Saturday when I took a spontaneous drive to Oak Glen in Riverside County. The cabin is part of the historical village at Riley’s Farm, a place visited by school children to learn about America’s past. ~SueBee

Nothing like breakfast out! Tried an adorable hole-in-the-wall cafe this morning called Orange Cafe in the city of Orange. Had the most delicious crab cake benedicts, home style potatoes, and fruit. Definitely recommend! ~Kat

Another beautiful scene from Palm Springs, just west of downtown! A day or two after I left, a really cold storm blew into Southern California and put a lot more snow on the mountains. While I missed that photo opportunity, I’m glad my hikes weren’t interrupted with freezing weather! ~SueBee
